12th of March 2012, Region Khabarovsk/Russland - ENGINEERING DOBERSEK receives an order for „CONTICLASS®SYSTEM“
Far away from home: ENGINEERING DOBERSEK deliver und install a seperation plant type „CONTICLASS®SYSTEM“ deep in the East of Russia.
The plant operator OOO RUSSDRAGMET apply the plant for the discontinious classification of gold ore in the East-Russian region Khabarovsk – 7.600 km (linear distance) away from the headquarters of the plant engineer from Moenchengladbach/Germany. That there to be installed and finely balanced system of hydrocyclones and a pumping station is laid out for a throughput of 1,700 m ³/h ore suspension.
The "CONTICLASS®SYSTEM" a patented in-house development of ENGINEERING DOBERSEK, has proved itself for more than 200 times – such as the treatment of ore-bearing rock with high density.
Beyond the technological demand of the new project ENGINEERING DOBERSEK has to achieve maximum performances in the field of logistic.Rough, wide and sparely populated landscapes without distinctive infrastructure and partly with permafrost have to be overcome.
But the effort pays off: By the use of “CONTICLASS®SYSTEM“ the quality in the treatment process as well as the throughput in the classification process of the gold ore on-site will be significantly increased. These arguments count every day at the customer.
